2007 Supplemental Appropriations Ordinance #2007-1

 

            An Ordinance providing for Appropriations to donate money to the Menno Area Development Corporation for the acquisition and cleanup of property on the east side of Fifth Street between Poplar and Heil Streets in an amount up to $20,000 (the final amount not to exceed the actual cost for the acquisition and cleanup).

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Menno, Hutchinson County, South Dakota, that the following sums are supplementally appropriated to meet the obligations of the municipality.

 

Section I: Appropriations:

Development 46500                                                     $20,000.00

Total Appropriations - Development Department                           $20,000.00

 

Total Appropriations:                        $20,000.00

 

Section II: Means of Finance:

MOTION made by Alderman John Huber to adopt Supplemental Appropriations Ordinance #2007-1.  Motion seconded by Alderman Galen Guthmiller. 

 

Voting aye: Dennis Aisenbrey, Galen Guthmiller, Gary Herman, John Huber, Jerome Kotalik and Darrell Mehlhaf.

 

Voting nay: None.
