MINUTES OF MENNO CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING           

October 22, 2009

The purpose of this meeting was to hold a hearing on a Temporary Malt Beverage Permit for Oktoberfest.

Council present at this meeting were: Jerry Fischer, Galen Guthmiller, Jerome Hoff, Jerome Kotalik, Darrell Mehlhaf, Scott Simonsen and Finance Officer Peggy Thranum.

Council President Darrell Mehlhaf called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.

Hoff moved to approve the agenda, Guthmiller seconded; all present in favor.

Guthmiller moved to approve a Temporary Malt Beverage Permit for Sodak Stamm Chapter GRHS for Oktoberfest to be held at the Menno City/School Gym on Saturday, October 24, 2009. Hoff seconded; all present voting aye, no nays.

Fischer moved to adjourn at 5:37 p.m. Kotalik seconded; all ayes.
