SPECIAL MEETING OF MENNO CITY COUNCIL
April 15, 2010
The purpose of this meeting was to canvass the votes from the April 13, 2010 Municipal election.
Present at this meeting were: Mayor Darrell Mehlhaf, Board of Canvassers: Ronald Diede, Jerry Fischer, Galen Guthmiller, Jerome Hoff, Jerome Kotalik, Scott Simonsen and Finance Officer Peggy Thranum.
Mayor Mehlhaf called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Hoff moved to approve the agenda. Fischer seconded; all ayes.
After reviewing the results of the election, the Board of Canvassers certified the following as a true abstract of the votes cast in the jurisdiction of the City of Menno at the April 13, 2010 election.
Mayor, 2-year term: Darrell J. Mehlhaf 206 Votes
Roger Simonsen 87 Votes
293 Ballots Voted
Alderman, Ward I, 2-year term: Aaron Matthaei 36 Votes
Jerry Fischer 85 Votes
121 Ballots Voted
Simonsen moved for adjournment at 6:10 p.m. Diede seconded; all ayes.
