The Cutting Edge is owned by Kristi Diede. She bought it in November of 2004 from Cindy Heckenlaible who started the business, originally known as Cindy's Cut Hut, in 1981. In the future, Kristi hopes to maybe hire another employee. As of now she is the only employee working there.
