MOWING LOTS AND SPRAYING WEEDS

Anyone that owns property within the Menno City limits is hereby notified that the property needs to be properly mown (any grass or weeds exceeding the height of 7 inches) and sprayed for weeds.

If any property owner fails to do this, the city will mow and/or spray the property and will assess the costs incurred by such action by special assessment against the real property. The City will charge $100.00 minimum to mow and/or spray.
