Pay Your Water Sewer Garbage Bill

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.  There is a drop box on the door to the Finance Office so payments may be dropped off before and after office hours.  A new option for paying your water bill is to have it automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month.  Contact the Finance Office for more information or to set your account up for automatic payments.

For your convenience, the City of Menno contracts with PayGov for credit card payments.  Please note that there is a convenience fee of 3% of the transaction with a miniumum of $1 for all transactions under $33.  Credit card payments may also be taken over the phone by calling the Finance Office at (605) 387-2427.

Automatic Bill Payment:  Your monthly water/sewer/garbage bill can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.  Sign up at the Finance Office or call us at 387-2427 to have a form mailed to you.  You can also download and print the form by clicking the link below.  Please be sure to attach a voided check or deposit ticket to the form when returning it to the Finance Office.
